The Beach Club is a secluded beachfront haven where Mediterranean flavors meet the grill. Relax in a serene setting featuring sunbeds, loungers, a swimming pool, a treatment room, and hammocks nestled in lush surroundings. A beach store is also available, offering a curated selection of unique outfits, for guests of all ages.

La Table offers an elegant and intimate dining experience overlooking the ocean. The restaurant presents a refined and contemporary cuisine built around a sophisticated sharing concept, inspired by the precision of Japanese techniques and vibrant Latin American flavors. In a chic yet relaxed setting, each dish is designed to be shared at the table, creating a unique culinary journey in St Barths.

Following the success of the Full Moon Parties launched in 2019, Le Toiny Beach Club opens every Thursday evening for a unique beachfront dining experience. The Beach Extravaganza pairs gourmet à la carte cuisine with live music, stunning lighting, and fire shows on one of St Barths’ most iconic private beaches. The chef

Eric Desbordes

After training at the Médéric Hotel School, Eric Desbordes quickly rose through the ranks, working at Jules Verne, the Hilton, and the Georges V, where he became Chef de Partie in just three years. At 25, he took the helm at Pershing Hall, then returned to Bristol as Chef, earning his first Michelin star in 2013 under Éric Frechon. In 2014, he embraced a new challenge as Executive Chef at Eden Rock St Barths, working under three-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, before leading the kitchens at the Four Seasons in Bora Bora.

Missing St Barths, he joined Atelier Joël Robuchon before taking charge of Le Toiny’s two restaurants as Executive Chef. Le Toiny is proud to welcome such a prestigious chef, whose daily pursuit of excellence continues to delight every palate.
