What Does This Notice Cover?

This Privacy Information explains how we use your personal data: how it is collected, how it is held, and how it is processed. It also explains your rights under the law relating to your personal data.

What Personal Data Do You Collect?

We may collect some or all of the following personal data (this may vary according to your relationship with us):

Your personal data is obtained from the following third party:
Google Analytics – When someone visits our website (www.letoiny.com) we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make an attempt to find out the identities of those visiting out website. If we want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will make it clear when we collect this information and we will explain what we intend to use it for.
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about products, events, and packages; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check if our records are right and to check every now and then if you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data, or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it. Your personal data may be used for one of, or some of the following purposes:

We will respond to your subject access request as quickly as possible, but certainly within one month of receiving it.
